ぷにづめ実験室（PUNIZUME LAB）
1. 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Wobias株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するゲーム「ぷにづめ実験室」（以下「本ゲーム」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。プレイヤーは、本ゲームを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本ゲームは Steam プラットフォームを通じて配信され、Valve Corporation の Steam 利用規約（Steam 購読者契約）も併せて適用されます。
2. ライセンス
当社は、プレイヤーに対し、本規約に従って本ゲームを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本ゲームおよびその一切の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
3. 禁止事項
プレイヤーは、本ゲームの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 本ゲームの改造、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（適用法令で明示的に許容される範囲を除く）。
- チート、不正なツールの使用、スコアや対戦レーティングの不正な操作。
- オンライン対戦における妨害行為、他のプレイヤーへの迷惑行為。
- 本ゲームまたはそのサーバー機能（Steam 機能を含む）への不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかける行為。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為。
当社は、本規約に違反したプレイヤーについて、リーダーボードからのスコア削除等の措置を講じることがあります。
4. オンライン機能・ランキング
本ゲームのオンライン対戦およびランキングは、Steam の機能に依存します。リーダーボードのスコアは自己申告であり、当社はその正確性を保証しません。当社は、Steam の仕様変更・サービス終了その他の事由により、オンライン機能を予告なく変更または終了することがあります。
5. 免責事項
本ゲームは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本ゲームが特定の目的に適合すること、中断・エラーなく動作すること、および不具合が修正されることを保証しません。法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、当社は本ゲームの利用または利用不能から生じる一切の損害について責任を負いません。
6. 本規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、ストアページまたはゲーム内で告知します。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. Application
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the game "PUNIZUME LAB" (the "Game") provided by Wobias Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Game, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Game is distributed through the Steam platform, and Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies.
2. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Game and all intellectual property rights therein belong to us or the respective rights holders.
3. Prohibited Conduct
In using the Game, you must not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).
- Use cheats or unauthorized tools, or manipulate scores or versus ratings improperly.
- Interfere with online matches or harass other players.
- Gain unauthorized access to, or place excessive load on, the Game or its server features (including Steam features).
- Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.
We may take measures, such as removing scores from leaderboards, against players who violate these Terms.
4. Online Features & Rankings
The Game's online versus play and rankings depend on Steam features. Leaderboard scores are self-reported, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. We may change or discontinue online features without notice due to changes in Steam's specifications, service termination, or other reasons.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Game is fit for a particular purpose, will operate without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes on the store page or within the Game.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
