ぷにづめ実験室（PUNIZUME LAB）
1. 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Wobias株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するゲーム「ぷにづめ実験室」（以下「本ゲーム」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。プレイヤーは、本ゲームを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本ゲームは Steam・App Store・Google Play を通じて配信され、各ストアの規約も併せて適用されます（Steam 版には Valve Corporation の Steam 購読者契約が適用されます）。
2. ライセンス
当社は、プレイヤーに対し、本規約に従って本ゲームを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本ゲームおよびその一切の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
3. 禁止事項
プレイヤーは、本ゲームの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 本ゲームの改造、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（適用法令で明示的に許容される範囲を除く）。
- チート、不正なツールの使用、スコアや対戦レーティングの不正な操作。
- オンライン対戦における妨害行為、他のプレイヤーへの迷惑行為。
- 本ゲームまたはそのサーバー機能（Steam 機能を含む）への不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかける行為。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為。
- ランキング表示名として、次に当たる内容を設定する行為。
- 他者を侮辱・中傷・脅迫する内容、差別的な内容、いやがらせに当たる内容。
- わいせつな内容、または露骨に性的な内容。
- 実在の人物・団体になりすます内容、および他者の氏名・連絡先等の個人情報。
- 違法な行為・薬物・暴力を助長する内容。
- 広告・勧誘・URL その他、本ゲームの利用と無関係な宣伝を目的とする内容。
当社は、本規約に違反したプレイヤーについて、リーダーボードからのスコア削除、ランキング表示名の既定名への変更その他の措置を講じることがあります。表示名が上記に当たると当社が判断した場合、事前の通知なくこれを行うことがあります。
4. オンライン機能・ランキング
本ゲームのオンライン対戦およびランキングは、PC 版では Steam の機能に、モバイル版では当社が運用するサーバーに依存します。リーダーボードのスコアは自己申告であり、当社はその正確性を保証しません。当社は、Steam の仕様変更・サービス終了、当社サーバーの運用上の都合その他の事由により、オンライン機能を予告なく変更または終了することがあります。
モバイル版のランキング表示名は、あなたが入力し、他のプレイヤーに表示されます。 入力にあたっては前条の禁止事項に従ってください。実名その他の個人情報を入力しないでください。
5. 免責事項
本ゲームは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本ゲームが特定の目的に適合すること、中断・エラーなく動作すること、および不具合が修正されることを保証しません。法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、当社は本ゲームの利用または利用不能から生じる一切の損害について責任を負いません。
6. 本規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、ストアページまたはゲーム内で告知します。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。裁判管轄については、法令の定めに従います。

1. Application
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the game "PUNIZUME LAB" ("the Game") provided by Wobias Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Game, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Game is distributed through Steam, the App Store, and Google Play, and the terms of each store also apply (Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement applies to the Steam version).
2. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Game and all intellectual property rights therein belong to us or the respective rights holders.
3. Prohibited Conduct
In using the Game, you must not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).
- Use cheats or unauthorized tools, or manipulate scores or versus ratings improperly.
- Interfere with online matches or harass other players.
- Gain unauthorized access to, or place excessive load on, the Game or its server features (including Steam features).
- Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.
- Set a ranking display name containing any of the following.
- Content that insults, defames, threatens, discriminates against, or harasses others.
- Obscene or sexually explicit content.
- Content impersonating a real person or organisation, or personal information about others such as their name or contact details.
- Content promoting illegal activity, drugs, or violence.
- Advertising, solicitation, URLs, or other promotion unrelated to playing the Game.
We may take measures against players who violate these Terms, such as removing scores from leaderboards or resetting a ranking display name to the default name. Where we judge that a display name falls under the above, we may do so without prior notice.
4. Online Features & Rankings
The Game's online versus play and rankings depend on Steam features on PC, and on servers we operate in the mobile version. Leaderboard scores are self-reported, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. We may change or discontinue online features without notice due to changes in Steam's specifications, service termination, operational reasons affecting our own servers, or other reasons.
The ranking display name in the mobile version is entered by you and shown to other players. Please follow the prohibitions in the preceding section when entering it, and do not enter your real name or other personal information.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Game is fit for a particular purpose, will operate without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes on the store page or within the Game.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable law.
